We take the stress and hassle out of your rental property management and offer the following benefits over standard DIY residential lettings:

Commercial Lease Terms - we manage your property under a commercial lease, which means that our owners avoid difficulties with non-paying tenants - this is our risk. If we don't pay the guaranteed rent to you, then you have the right under the terms of the commercial lease to evict us immediately (and any guests). Neither we nor the corporate guests have any legal rights to your property as residential tenants, which means that both us and the corporate guests can be removed easily and quickly if there is a breach of the lease (no more nightmare non-paying residential tenancy issues);

Guaranteed Rent - we guarantee that you will receive your rental payment every single month, without delay, without deduction and without risk. If we don't pay you, you can remove us and any corporate guests immediately;
No Voids - you do not suffer any loss of rent due to voids - this is entirely our risk;
Maintenance - we handle all standard non-structural maintenance - you will not be woken in the middle of the night for any emergency repairs or maintenance;
No Estate Agent Commission - you no longer have to pay an estate agent to do nothing - we handle all aspects of property management and pay you the guaranteed rent without deduction;
3 to 5 year Terms - we offer peace of mind for the long term, offering 3 to 5 year lease terms so that you can simply enjoy the guaranteed rent without voids or tenant hassles for a longer period;
Enhanced Protections - we vet every single corporate tenant and keep in close contact with them and your property both before and during the stay. In addition to vetting, we keep a close eye on your property with the use of video doorbells, noise monitoring, regular cleaning and inspections, and give you the security of having substantial fit for purpose insurance cover; and
Hassle Free, Worry Free - we are responsible for caring for your property, something we have been doing for our own properties and other managed properties since 2010.
